Who Are We?

UniConsult is a Human Resources Consultancy firm which was founded in 1985. The company's creator and President Fernando de Salas and its Managing Director and Partner Pedro Checa have both reached directorial positions in leading Spanish and multinational companies, which has provided them with a valuable insight into the realities of the business world whilst acquiring experience and practise from daily people management.

Our mission is to help our clients to reach their strategic objectives, and to improve their final results by working directly through people. UniConsult acts as a Strategic Partner to our clients; with complete involvement and commitment, working in close collaboration with the managerial team as part of its Human Resources department.

UniConsult utilises proven efficiency management programmes and tools in order to help its clients' managerial teams to bring in new staff, and to improve the company in a positive and exciting way. This includes assisting those leaving the company by helping to ensure that these changes occur without complications, through the moving of these people to other companies where their abilities will be valued and well-rewarded.

Our understanding of good HR management is based on the belief that all people have the ability to contribute in a positive and efficient way to their company, provided that:
