Inplacement and Outplacement

UniPlacement is the division of UniConsult that provides the following services across the country:

• Outplacement
• Advice regarding organisational and employee transfers
• Change management programmes
• Active retirement and inplacement programmes

For this, we have a team of professionals that provide consultancy services and offer professional and personal advice and support to people in outplacement, transition or transfer programmes, as well as those who are changing the direction of their career and those changing their jobs both within or outside of their companies through mergers, spin offs and other forms of downsizing including Labour Force Adjustment Plans (EREs).

In carrying out these functions we use Human Resources techniques, equipment and organisation to efficiently attend to the needs of our clients and offer them employment which is more suitable, faster and closer.
