Studies of the Working Environment

The working environment is a collection of factors that influence work on a day to day basis, as well as the expectations of the employees. Because of this, we consider it to be one of the most important factors influencing employee output, and therefore also the output of the company as a whole.

Inside a company there can be as many different working environments as there are departments. In this way, an employee can be a part of several different environments such as, for example, the team they work for, their department, their division etc that all co-exist and interact throughout the organisation.

We drew up a questionnaire in which employees could reflect on their level of satisfaction in the company, and how they have adapted to their working conditions

Precisely for this reason, whilst designing a questionnaire evaluating the working environment, we found we had to know in which department or section each interviewee worked, making sure to respect the anonymity of the survey.

In order to understand and measure the organisation's working environment, we drew up a questionnaire in which employees could reflect on their level of satisfaction in the company, and how they have adapted to their working conditions.
